Shell Point Tennis/Pickleball Court Resurfacing

The County of Beaufort is seeking a contractor to resurface its Shell Point tennis and pickleball courts. The scope includes removing existing surface material, repairing any underlying substrate issues, and applying a new, durable playing surface suitable for both tennis and pickleball use. The work must be completed within the contract period and meet all applicable safety and quality standards. • Remove and dispose of existing court surfacing materials. • Prepare and repair the substrate to ensure proper drainage and flatness. • Install a new multi‑sport surface (e.g., acrylic or polyurethane) with appropriate line markings for tennis and pickleball. • Perform final quality inspections and hand over the completed courts to Beaufort County.
