Airport Road Wastewater Improvements (61WW2101C)

The City of Waco is seeking qualified contractors to design, construct, and commission a new wastewater lift station on Airport Road, including all associated civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and control systems. The scope covers installation of lift station equipment, gravity wastewater lines, a 8‑inch force main, a temporary bypass system, site grading, road and surface replacement, fencing, and related utilities. Bidders must provide complete construction documents, obtain required permits, and deliver a fully operational system within the stipulated schedule. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder and includes a 5 % bid bond, performance and payment securities, and compliance with City, State, and Federal regulations. • Construct Airport Road Lift Station with pumps, wet well, carbon adsorber, and associated piping. • Install 8‑inch PVC force main and 12‑inch gravity sewer lines with steel casings. • Provide temporary by‑pass system, site grading, road repair, and surface replacement (Class A & E). • Install fencing, gates, and site security features. • Provide new electrical service, control panels, SCADA hardware (no programming), and standby generator. • Complete all required plans, permits, safety plans (trench, confined space, stormwater), and quality assurance documentation. • Deliver the project within 330 calendar days for substantial completion and 360 days for final payment.
