NOTICE OF INTENT (NOI) – The Janz Corp – Stryker Defibrillators

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to The Janz Corp for defibrillators to support patient care in the Clinical Center. The contract includes various items such as defibrillator devices, power adapter kits, and patient simulators. The purpose of this requirement is to provide a fixed-price contract to buy replacement defibrillators. • The contract includes 14 items, including defibrillator devices, power adapter kits, and patient simulators. • The defibrillators are used primarily by the Code Team in all patient care areas. • The contract is being conducted under the policies of FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. • Interested parties capable of providing the same or similar products or services must submit a Capability Statement electronically.
