EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP TRAINING

NASA’s Science Mission Directorate (SMD) is seeking capability statements for providing two virtual executive leadership training courses (20 contact hours each, total 40 hours) for the NASA LEADS Program. The effort will be performed virtually, with the performance location listed as NASA Headquarters. Although NASA intends to award a sole‑source contract to the University of Virginia Darden School Foundation, they are collecting capability statements to determine whether a competitive procurement is warranted. No quotes are to be submitted; only capability statements are required by the response deadline. • Required deliverables: two virtual, synchronous executive leadership courses (≈20 hrs each) and associated training materials. • Contractor must demonstrate ability to develop and deliver high‑level leadership training for scientific/technical audiences, and must be the sole provider (University of Virginia) or otherwise meet NASA’s sole‑source criteria. • Submissions are limited to capability statements (no pricing); oral responses are not accepted.
