The District of Columbia Human Resources (DCHR) seeks a qualified consulting firm to provide a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) covering substance‑abuse, mental‑health, and general wellness services for its workforce. The contractor will deliver counseling, crisis intervention, referral services, and program management to support employee well‑being and compliance with applicable regulations. • Provide counseling and support for alcohol and drug abuse issues. • Deliver mental‑health consulting, including stress management and crisis response. • Manage and operate the overall EAP, including reporting, outreach, and referral coordination. • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with DC employment and health regulations. • Offer training and educational workshops to promote a healthy workplace.
