RFB 2026-118 Propane: UM Farmington

The University of Maine at Farmington seeks a propane supplier to provide fuel to five campus locations via supplier‑owned tanks and pedal/tanker truck deliveries. The contract can be structured as a fixed‑price, pay‑as‑delivered arrangement (12‑ or 24‑month term) or a spot‑market price with a markup over the Mt. Belvieu index. All costs—including storage, delivery, insurance, bonding, environmental fees, NORA, LUST, and cleanup fees—must be included in the bid.
