DCMR Gardening service CONTRACTOR

The U.S. Embassy in Djibouti is seeking a qualified contractor to provide full‑service gardening and landscaping maintenance for the Deputy Chief of Mission Residence (DCMR) on a firm‑fixed‑price, one‑year contract. The contractor must supply labor, supervision, all necessary equipment, and perform routine lawn care, pruning, fertilizing, pest control (with prior COR approval), tree and shrub maintenance, mulching, hardscape cleaning, and related site‑maintenance tasks. Performance will be monitored through a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan, with monthly reporting and a requirement to keep customer complaints to no more than three per month. The award will be based on the lowest responsive price; all quotations must be submitted electronically by the deadline and be valid for at least four months.
