Renovation of Grand Strand Campus Speir Building 1000

The Horry Georgetown Technical College is seeking a qualified contractor to completely renovate approximately 9,800 sf of interior space within the Speir Building 1000 on its Myrtle Beach campus. The work includes demolition, new electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, and the redesign/expansion of laboratory and teaching spaces for dental, radiology, and sonography programs.
