Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source: REPAIR OF KEYSIGHT TECHNOLOGIES INC. EQUIPMENT

The United States Navy is issuing a sole source solicitation for the repair of Keysight Technologies Inc. equipment, specifically a signal generator. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Keysight Technologies, Inc. This is being sole sourced because Keysight Technologies, Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and does not authorize 3rd party repairs. The scope of work includes the evaluation and repair of the equipment.
