Turnkey Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (Round 4)

The Ohio Department of Transportation seeks a qualified developer to design, supply, construct, install, commission, operate, and maintain a network of direct‑current fast‑charging (DCFC) electric‑vehicle charging stations across the state. The contract will be structured as a public‑private partnership (P3) with a five‑year operations and maintenance period, and funding will be provided under the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Formula Program, covering up to 80 % of eligible project costs.
