Vending Machine Concession for Various Municipal Buildings

The Township of Monroe is seeking proposals for vending machine concession services for various municipal buildings. The successful vendor will be responsible for furnishing, installing, maintaining, and removing vending machines as needed. The contract will be for a term of 2 years with optional 1-year extensions. The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to affirmative action, prevailing wages, and business registration. • The vendor must provide a bid guarantee in the amount of 10% of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000. • The vendor must submit a disclosure of ownership statement listing the names and addresses of each owner of 10% or more of the corporation or partnership. • The vendor must comply with the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act and provide proof of business registration. • The vendor must maintain sufficient insurance to protect against all claims under Workers Compensation and Employers Liability, General Liability, and Automobile Liability.
