This solicitation is a government RFQ for the repair, overhaul, testing, and inspection of three (3) Manifold Assembly, H units (NSN 1650‑017257552) for the U.S. Navy. The contractor must return the assemblies to a “Ready for Issue” (RFI) condition, complying with the latest technical repair manuals, MIL‑STD‑454, IPC/EIAJ‑STD‑001C certification, and ISO/AS9100 quality standards. The work includes disassembly, cleaning, component repair or replacement, re‑assembly, functional testing, and final acceptance. The contractor must provide its own tooling, fixtures, and any required parts (unless government‑furnished) and must adhere to strict configuration‑management and reporting requirements via the Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) system.
