The GSA is seeking a fully serviced lease, with the lessor responsible for providing all necessary services, including utilities, janitorial, and security. • The space must be located in the Central Employment Area of Washington, DC. • A Metrorail Station must be located within 2,640 walkable linear feet from the main entrance of the offered building. • The space must meet Federal Government, State, and Local jurisdiction requirements for fire and life safety, security, accessibility, seismic, energy, and sustainability standards. • The lessor must provide evidence that they are capable of meeting the security requirements, including providing a list of security countermeasures and their associated costs. • The GSA will evaluate offers based on price, with the lowest priced technically acceptable offer being selected for award.
