Miami‑Dade County Aviation is seeking a qualified general building contractor to provide comprehensive material hauling, hazardous‑waste handling, and disposal services across multiple airport sites. The contractor must supply labor, equipment, and materials to stockpile, protect, load, haul, and dispose of potentially contaminated soil and debris, while complying with OSHA hazardous‑waste regulations and MDAD P‑160 requirements. The scope also includes dust and foreign‑object‑debris control, vegetation removal, storm‑drain protection, daily site clean‑up, and detailed reporting via manifests and analytical data.
