Water Cooler Services

The Town of North Smithfield is seeking a vendor to provide water cooler services, including purified bottled water and delivery. The contract is for one year with two one-year option extensions. The vendor must deliver water to various town locations, including the Highway Department, Police Station, Town Hall, and Water & Sewer Department. The vendor must also provide a supply of plastic cups for each location. The evaluation criteria for the proposal include the low dollar amount and the best delivery time. • The vendor must deliver water on a biweekly basis • The vendor must provide a unit price for racks of five-gallon containers of purified bottled water and the deposit for each container • The vendor must comply with FDA standards of quality and all other federal, state, and local standards, rules, and regulations governing bottled water • The vendor must provide a W-9 by email to [email protected] within ten calendar days of award
