Fire Protection Bureau Heavy Duty Chassis

The Department of Natural Resources and Conservation is accepting bids for truck chassis that meet or exceed the specifications provided. The bid is for new, unused vehicles with a minimum 6.4L gasoline engine, 6-speed automatic transmission, and a heavy-duty cooling system. The chassis must have a wheelbase of 145.3" for regular cab, 167.9" for extended cab, and 179.4" for full crew cab. The vehicle must also have a minimum GVWR of 19,000 and a minimum GCWR of 26,000. The bid price must remain in effect for the duration of the 2026 model year production and within the manufacturer's capacity to produce units bid.
