Telephone Equipment for People with Disabilities

The State of Arkansas is seeking a contractor to provide telephone equipment for people with disabilities. The contractor will be responsible for providing new and innovative telephone equipment, repairing and refurbishing equipment, and providing technical support. The contract will be for a period of four years, with the option to renew for up to three additional one-year terms. The contractor must be able to provide equipment that meets the needs of individuals with various disabilities, including hearing, speech, and visual impairments. • The contractor must provide a wide range of equipment, including amplified desktop and cordless phones, neck loops, and accessibility switches. • The contractor must be able to repair and refurbish equipment, and provide technical support to users. • The contractor must be able to provide equipment that meets the needs of individuals with various disabilities. • The contractor must be able to provide shipping and handling of equipment to users throughout the state of Arkansas.
