LOGCAP VI Small Business Suite RFI

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) is conducting market research to identify and gather information from capable small businesses interested in the Small Business portion of the LOGCAP VI program. The LOGCAP VI Small Business Suite is a follow-on initiative designed to transition a subset of requirements currently performed under the Enhanced Army Global Logistics Enterprise (EAGLE) contract. The suite will perform Supply, Maintenance, and Transportation services, with a LOGCAP Prime surge capability to perform any potential Mobilization Force Generation Installations (MFGIs) and Power Projection Platforms (PPPs) requirements. The Government is seeking input from small businesses on the "Small Business with Prime Surge" model, including cooperation and integration, associated contractor agreements, and prime capability and hybrid contract structures. • The LOGCAP VI Small Business Suite will provide logistics support services, including supply, maintenance, and transportation. • The suite will have a LOGCAP Prime surge capability to perform any potential MFGIs and PPPs requirements. • The Government is seeking input on the optimal Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) structures for services within the supply, maintenance, and transportation scope. • The Government is also seeking input on the ideal roles and lines of communication between the small business prime and the prime surge.
