Description
The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Eaton Corporation to provide a one-time Service Life Extension Program (SLEP) refit for Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) equipment at the Madison, WI VAMC. The procurement is being conducted under Limited Source Justification Approval, and no other vendor will satisfy agency requirements.
* The SLEP refit is for UPS equipment at the Madison, WI VAMC.
* The procurement is for new Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) items only.
* No gray market or counterfeit items shall be provided.
* The vendor shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system.
