The U.S. Air Force 5th Bomb Wing is seeking a small‑business contractor to plan and execute a three‑day Resiliency Retreat in Bismarck, ND, coinciding with the Bismarck Marathon (September 18‑20, 2026). The scope includes securing a block of 18 hotel rooms (minimum 36 beds) with complimentary breakfast, providing a meeting space for 50 attendees with AV equipment, arranging a catered pasta dinner, registering up to 30 participants for the marathon, and coordinating a steakhouse dinner for up to 50 participants.
