Northwest Cobb Water Reclamation Facility FY28 Roof Replacements

The Cobb County Water System is seeking professional services to assist with the replacement of and repairs to the roofing and gutter systems of twelve buildings at the Northwest Cobb Water Reclamation Facility. The scope of services includes review of existing conditions, development of design/bid documents, and construction inspection and management services. The selected firm will be required to provide a narrative proposal of technical qualifications and a proposal for the cost of services. The evaluation criteria include staffing, experience/performance, approach, availability, financial stability, and cost. • The facility was originally constructed in 1987 and has undergone several expansions. • The selected firm will be required to review the existing conditions and identified corrective actions. • The firm will develop design/bid documents and provide construction inspection and management services. • The evaluation criteria include staffing, experience/performance, approach, availability, financial stability, and cost. • The County reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all proposals. • The Contract for this work is subject to the provisions of the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act. • The selected firm will be required to register and participate in the federal work authorization program to verify employment eligibility of all newly hired employees.
