Broadband ISP Services

Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) is seeking qualified broadband Internet Service Providers to deliver, install, and provision dedicated broadband circuits for a large list of state sites across Washington. Vendors must already hold a Network Services Agreement (NSA) and the associated Technical Addendum, submit a completed Cost Model (including monthly recurring and non‑recurring costs), and meet guaranteed install intervals for each location. The award will be made on a per‑site basis to the lowest‑price, fastest‑install bidder, with a firm‑offer period of 90 days after award. • Scope: Installation and ongoing provisioning of broadband ISP services for dozens of county sites. • Mandatory requirements: Existing NSA & Technical Addendum, completed Cost Model, compliance with special technical requirements, background‑check certification. • Evaluation: Cost (NRC + 36×MRC) plus timeline score; lowest combined score per site wins. • Timeline: Posting 7/29/2026 → pre‑proposal conference 8/7/2026 → bid deadline 8/12/2026 → award announcement 8/19/2026 → SOW issuance by 8/26/2026.
