Academic Regalia, Accessories, & Diploma Cover Services

Rowan University is seeking a vendor to design, manufacture, and deliver academic regalia, related accessories, and diploma‑cover services for its graduation programs. The contract covers both keepsake and rental regalia for undergraduate, master’s, doctoral (PhD/EdD), and medical (MD/DO) degrees, as well as custom ceremonial attire for university officials and honorary‑degree recipients. The vendor must also provide an online ordering platform, direct‑to‑student shipping, on‑site support at graduation fairs, and ongoing inventory management for rental items. • Supply of gowns, caps/tams, hoods, cords, stoles, tassels, rings, diploma frames, and leather diploma covers in specified sizes and colors. • Provide digital samples of diploma covers and custom letters, and support optional on‑campus fitting events. • Deliver reliable logistics (production timelines, bulk & individual shipping, return handling) and maintain required insurance, certifications, and New Jersey regulatory compliance.
