Notice Of Intent to Award a Sole-Source Bridge Contract Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store (COCESS) At Ellsworth AFB, SD

The Department of the Air Force, Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC) intends to award a sole-source bridge contract to CC Distributors, Inc. for the operation of a Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store (COCESS) at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The COCESS will function as a simplified procurement and logistics hub for the Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) and base Facility Managers to acquire commercial and industrial materials, tools, and equipment. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract with a six-month base period and one six-month option period. Interested businesses may submit a capability statement to demonstrate their ability to fulfill this requirement. • The contract requires the provision of all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, transportation, and materials to operate the COCESS storefront and warehouse. • The COCESS will provide a simplified procurement and logistics hub for the Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) and base Facility Managers. • The contract has a six-month base period and one six-month option period. • The anticipated award date is 1 October 2026.
