Request for Bids for Hexafluoroglutaryl Fluoride (HFGF) System

The University of Southern Mississippi is seeking bids for the procurement of 300 kg of 98% hexafluoroglutaryl fluoride (HFGF) over the course of a year. The successful bidder must be able to provide HFGF in increments of up to 100 kg at a time and prove that their product is 98% pure. The bid specifications include requirements for delivery, payment, and warranty. The university prefers to be billed in installments based on project implementation milestones completed. • The bid must include a legible and organized proposal with numbered pages and bound documents. • The bidder must meet or exceed the specified requirements for HFGF purity and delivery. • The bid must include a quote for the lead time required for delivery of the quoted equipment. • The bid must include a warranty for the HFGF system.
