70--DISPLAY UNIT, IN REPAIR/MODIFICATION OF

This solicitation is a sole‑source requirement for the repair, testing, and overhaul of four (04) Naval display units (NIIN 016915295). The work includes disassembly, inspection, repair or replacement of components, reassembly, and functional testing to return the units to a Ready‑for‑Issue condition. All repairs must be performed at the contractor‑designated facility, adhering to NAVSUP WSS quality and configuration‑management standards, with strict prohibitions on MIL‑W‑81381 wire and mandatory use of SAE‑AS22759 wire.
