27-009 Temporary Fire Station Housing

The City of Sandy Springs is seeking a qualified contractor to fully renovate and build‑out an existing office/warehouse into a temporary fire station. The scope includes demolition, structural modifications, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) upgrades, fire protection, life‑safety systems, interior finishes, overhead doors, and site improvements to create a code‑compliant, operational fire‑station facility. The contractor must coordinate all trades, obtain permits, provide shop drawings, conduct testing/commissioning, and deliver as‑built documentation.
