Financial Advisor

The State of Montana is seeking a financial advisor to provide services as detailed in the Request for Proposal (RFP) document. The selected vendor will be required to comply with the instructions and procedures outlined in the RFP. The scope of work includes providing financial advisor services, and the vendor must meet all mandatory requirements to be eligible for consideration. The RFP includes a list of required questions and attachments, including a Business Information document, Scope of Services document, and Offeror Qualifications document. • The RFP is open from 11/6/2025 to 12/22/2025. • The submission deadline is 12/22/2025 at 2:00 PM MST. • The vendor must review and accept the Single Point of Contact information, Schedule of Events, and other prerequisites. • The vendor must also review and accept the base service contract, Exhibit A - Standard Terms and Conditions, and insurance requirements. • The State of Montana reserves the right to not accept any or all contract exceptions.
