Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting a contractor to design and construct the Loop Road Phase One West project at the VA Medical Center in Manchester, NH. The scope includes demolition of existing structures, site grading, drainage, retaining walls, new water, natural gas, steam, and electrical utilities, asphalt and concrete paving, parking lot upgrades, vehicle barriers, and associated mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and security systems. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and coordination with VA security, maintain 24/7 medical center operations, and comply with extensive safety, environmental, and security requirements. Alternate bid options allow for modifications to parking lot resurfacing, mechanical scope, and access‑control gates.
