Nitrogen Bottle Rental and Maintenance; NRMD New London, Connecticut

The US Navy, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, is seeking a contractor to provide nitrogen bottle rental and maintenance services at the NRMD New London, Connecticut location. The contract has a base period of performance from 09/01/2025 to 05/31/2026, with two optional periods: Option One from 06/01/2026 to 07/31/2026, and Option Two from 08/01/2026 to 09/30/2026. The contractor must provide oil-free nitrogen bottles, Type I, Class 1, Grade A or B, and meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation. The contractor will be evaluated based on technical acceptability, adherence to schedule, and price. The contract will be awarded to the vendor with the lowest price technically acceptable quote. • The contractor must provide documentation demonstrating their capabilities in fulfilling the statement of work. • The contractor must confirm availability for the requested period of performance. • The contractor must provide their best and fastest schedule. • The contractor must meet the minimum requirements of the solicitation to be considered technically acceptable.
