State Enterprise Space Management Program

The State Enterprise Space Management Program RFP seeks a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive suite of services and products to support the State of New Mexico’s facilities and IT infrastructure. The scope spans large‑scale prefabricated building construction, modular office spaces, data‑security hardware and software, networking equipment, and a wide array of professional services including architectural design, engineering consulting, IT consulting, cloud hosting, and related implementation and support. The solicitation is a courtesy posting; responses must be submitted as directed in the attached PDF rather than through the eProNM portal. • Construction of prefabricated, modular and portable buildings (500 sq ft – > 500 sq ft) for state facilities. • Provision of IT hardware, software, and services (servers, security encryption, business intelligence, networking, cloud/infrastructure, CAD/CAM workstations). • Delivery of professional services: architectural design, engineering consulting, space planning, interior design, IT system implementation, and related consulting. • Required compliance with numerous commodity codes covering building, IT, engineering, and consulting categories. • All questions must be routed through the procurement portal to Procurement Manager Joseph Lovato; the primary technical contact is Yuliastuti Wulandari.
