Los Angeles World Airports Salesforce-Based eSourcing Solution (RAMP-LAWA)

Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) is seeking a qualified Salesforce implementation firm—already holding a Master Service Agreement with the City of Los Angeles IT Agency—to design, build, test, and deploy a fully native, end‑to‑end eSourcing platform (RAMP‑LAWA) on the Salesforce platform. The solution must replace the legacy Bonfire system, integrate with the City’s RAMPLA vendor‑management database, support a full suite of procurement types (RFP, RFB, RFQ, 3‑Quote, Direct Award, Emergency, Piggyback, PO changes, contract amendments, consent to assignment, RFI), provide electronic bid creation, vendor portal, evaluation tools, timeline tracking, and robust reporting. The implementer will deliver all configuration, custom development, integrations (RAMPLA, ERP, Active Directory, Angeleno Account), training, and change‑management services, while minimizing LAWA staff effort. The contract will be awarded in mid‑October 2026, with implementation slated to start January 2027. • Replace Bonfire with a native Salesforce e‑sourcing application. • Integrate with RAMPLA for vendor data and with LAWA ERP for award data. • Deliver modules for solicitation creation, vendor bidding, evaluation, procurement tracking, and reporting. • Support all listed procurement types out‑of‑the‑box at go‑live. • Provide training, documentation, and post‑go‑live support. • Must be a firm with an existing City of Los Angeles IT MSA and proven public‑sector Salesforce experience.
