The U.S. Embassy in Jakarta, Indonesia requires professional services to perform preventive maintenance of the facility's Wastewater Collection and Treatment System. The contract will be for a one-year period with four one-year options. The contractor will provide all labor, tools, and materials required to carry out all preventive maintenance as outlined in the statement of work. Key responsibilities include performing annual maintenance tasks, inspecting and analyzing equipment, and reporting deficiencies. • Perform annual maintenance tasks for the wastewater collection system and treatment plant • Inspect and analyze equipment performance • Report deficiencies and perform corrective actions • Coordinate scheduling with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) • Provide a service manual for all equipment included in the statement of work
