Notice of Intent NECSAS

The NOAA Office of the Chief Administrative Officer’s Safety and Environmental Compliance Office (SECO) seeks to increase the ceiling of an existing IDIQ contract (1305M421DNAAA0016) by $700,000 to support continued environmental, safety, and occupational health compliance audits across roughly 235 NOAA facilities. The work includes a broad set of tasks: environmental compliance assessments, NEPA support, floodplain/wetland surveys, hazardous material surveys, site assessments, remediation, data management, EMS implementation, demolition support, and sustainability/energy program assistance. The contract remains an indefinite‑delivery, indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) vehicle with a total ceiling of $5 million and an ordering period ending 29 Sept 2026.
