BPA - Alarm, Signal and Security Detection Systems PSC 6350

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is seeking to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with companies that provide standard commercial supplies and services at competitive prices in Classification PSC/FSC Code 6350, NAICS 334290, Miscellaneous Alarm, Signal, and Security Detection Systems. Interested companies must provide documentation addressing their capabilities and expertise, a price list if applicable, and at least three past performance references. The BPAs will be awarded on the basis of positive past performance, and the government reserves the right to use additional references if available. * The BPAs will be issued on a 6-month rotation through June 2029. * BPA Calls will not exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. * The government is looking for companies with experience in providing alarm, signal, and security detection systems. * The evaluation criteria for past performance include customer satisfaction, timeliness, technical success, program management, and quality. * The government intends to issue Master BPAs to vendors who are found to have technical and past performance merit, and these vendors will be able to bid on future requirements.
