The City of Kingston, New York is seeking proposals from qualified development teams for theredevelopment of two City-owned parcels located on Abeel Street in the Rondout neighborhood. Throughthis Request for Expressions of Interest, the City seeks to identify respondents with the vision,experience, technical expertise, and financial capacity to successfully redevelop the Property in a mannerthat advances the City's planning objectives and serves a public purpose.
