Description
Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) is seeking a vendor to supply durable 3/8‑inch glass, polycarbonate, or perforated metal panels for its bus‑stop shelters statewide, with the option to provide on‑call installation, removal, and disposal services. Vendors must submit unit prices for each panel size/material, maintain an inventory of commonly requested panels, and comply with a range of federal, state, and agency requirements (Buy‑America, Davis‑Bacon, DBE documentation, insurance, bonding, environmental and safety standards). The contract is an on‑call service agreement with a one‑year base period (July 1 2026 – July 1 2027) and up to four renewal options, with no guaranteed minimum quantity.
