Grounds Maintenance for Pacific Meadows, Youngman Connector and Pacific Meadows II

The City of Omaha is seeking a contractor to provide grounds maintenance services for Pacific Meadows, Youngman Connector, and Pacific Meadows II parks. The contract includes cleanup, mowing, and edging of turf areas, as well as maintenance of street curbs, hard surface median areas, and sidewalks. The contractor will be responsible for storing equipment and materials off-site and will be required to submit weekly progress reports to the City. The contract will be for a one-year period, ending December 31, 2026. • The contractor must have sufficient employees and equipment to perform the requirements of the contract. • No subcontracting or assignment of the contract will be allowed without the prior written consent of the City. • The contractor will be responsible for repairing any damage done to sod, trees, or plantings during mowing or trimming. • The contractor must have a Certified Pesticide Applicator Certificate issued by the State of Nebraska to apply chemicals. • The City reserves the right to cancel the contract for just cause with a 15-day written notice.
