Request for Information: Enterprise Training Infrastructure Project Scope Study and Feasibility Analysis

The United States Capitol Police (USCP) Office of Acquisition Management is seeking input from qualified Architectural & Engineering (A/E) firms on a prospective Enterprise Training Infrastructure Project. The effort will build on a recent Training Facilities Requirements Assessment (TFRA) and requires a scope‑study and feasibility analysis that evaluates multiple infrastructure strategies—including modernization, expansion, new construction, leasing, partner‑agency use, relocation, or hybrid solutions—to support current and future training missions. Vendors must submit a capability statement, relevant experience, a technical approach, proposed scope of services, team composition, period of performance, and a rough order‑of‑magnitude budget.
