Parking Attendants and Ticket Sellers, Evergreen State Fair

The Evergreen State Fair is seeking qualified firms to provide on‑site parking attendants and ticket sellers to staff the event’s parking facilities and ticket booths. The contractor will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing personnel who will handle vehicle entry/exit, enforce parking regulations, collect and sell tickets, and provide customer assistance throughout the fair’s operating days. This effort supports safe, efficient traffic flow and revenue collection for the fair. • Supply and manage a workforce of parking attendants and ticket sellers for the duration of the fair. • Ensure proper staffing levels, training, and compliance with local regulations and safety standards. • Operate ticket booths, process cash and electronic payments, and maintain accurate transaction records. • Provide customer service, including directing drivers, answering inquiries, and handling disputes. • Coordinate with fair management on scheduling, shift changes, and any special event requirements.
