Special Education Contracted Services

The Mesquite Independent School District (MISD) is seeking qualified persons and/or companies to provide various Special Education Contracted Services on an "As Needed" basis. The services requested include evaluation, consultation, and direct services. The contract period will be from the date of award through August 9, 2026, with the option to automatically renew until August 9, 2027. • The contract will be awarded to multiple providers to give MISD a variety of resources for needed services. • The district will make the sole determination of need for the services. • Vendors are encouraged to participate even if they are sole source providers. • Awards will be made throughout the open period of solicitation. • The contract may be cancelled by the District or Vendor 30 days in advance.
