The Alabama Tourism Department seeks a qualified vendor to provide a 12‑passenger (or larger) van with a professional driver for a six‑day Familiarization (FAM) tour of the Gulf Coast (April 22‑27, 2026). The vendor must supply the vehicle, driver, driver tip, fuel, snacks, tolls, parking and any other associated costs in a single all‑inclusive price; no separate reimbursements will be made. Driver lodging for the nights of the tour is provided by the State, while meals are supplied when possible, but the vendor must price assuming meals may not be provided. Cancellation penalties apply if the tour is cancelled within 30 days of the event.
