Notice to Bidders: Installation of Pump 'A' Motor & Drive

The Township of East Brunswick is seeking bids for the installation of Pump 'A' Motor & Drive. Bidders must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27, et seq., N.J.S.A. 52:32-44, and all other applicable statutes, laws or regulations. The bid must include a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, but not exceeding $20,000. A performance bond must be furnished by the successful bidder simultaneously with the delivery of the executed contract. • The bid opening date is November 26, 2025, at 11:00 AM. • Bid documents are available at the Division of Human Resources during regular business hours. • Questions regarding the bid specifications must be submitted in writing by email to [email protected] no later than 5 business days prior to the bid opening date. • The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids under the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2. • The Township also reserves the right to waive any minor irregularity or technicality in bids.
