Fuel - #2 Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel and Unleaded

The City of Omaha and Douglas County are requesting quotes from qualified companies for the purchase of #2 Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel and Unleaded fuel. The contract will be for a 12-month period, with deliveries to start approximately February 27, 2026. The City of Omaha and Douglas County reserve the right to award separately. The estimated product quantities will be used only as a basis for evaluation of the quotes. The actual quantity of material necessary may be more or less than the estimates listed on the quote. • The fuel will be delivered to various City of Omaha and Douglas County sites. • The bid price should include all taxes and extra charges required by law to have gasoline delivered to various sites. • The City of Omaha and Douglas County are not required to pay federal taxes on fuel. • Deliveries must be made within 48 hours. • The contract may require periodic tank wagon deliveries to sites in the metro area. • The City of Omaha and Douglas County will issue a Letter of Intent (LOI) to the apparent low bidder.
