The Tualatin Valley Water District is seeking quotes for the supply and delivery of liquid oxygen for water treatment to the Willamette Water Supply System Water Treatment Plant. The contract has a not-to-exceed amount of $100,000 and will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The supplier will be responsible for delivering the liquid oxygen in accordance with the contract documents, including the transportation and delivery plan. The supplier must have an acceptable and Managing Agency-approved transportation plan in place before delivery of the chemicals. The contract also includes requirements for testing, shipment, risk of loss, repair of damage, confidentiality, and independent contractor status. Key aspects of the job include: • Supplying and delivering liquid oxygen for water treatment • Complying with the contract documents, including the transportation and delivery plan • Providing a dedicated phone number and email address for the ordering process • Being responsive and available by phone or email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week • Working collaboratively with the District, District’s Authorized Representatives, and WWSS staff to resolve any issues or problems that arise in the performance of the contract
