Aircraft Cargo Shipping Container

The North Dakota Air National Guard is seeking a vendor to provide an Aircraft Cargo Shipping Container. The container must meet the requirements outlined in the attached Salient Characteristics document. The contractor will be responsible for delivering the container to the 119th Wing in Fargo, ND. The contract will be awarded to the vendor whose quote is most advantageous, considering factors such as price, technical acceptability, and supplier performance risk. • The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to deliver the container. • The contractor must ensure that all shipping and delivery costs are included in the total price. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to the use of covered telecommunications equipment or services. • The contractor must provide a unique item identifier for the container, as required by the clause at 252.211-7003. • The contractor must submit payment requests and receiving reports through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system.
