Clement J. Zablocki VAMC Flow Cytometry Testing

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a flow cytometry testing system for the Clement J. Zablocki VAMC. The system should include a fully automated cell prep system, such as the CellMek, which performs automated sample staining. The vendor should provide pricing options for both a sample prep system and a fully automated system. The solicitation is not intended to be a sole source, and other vendors' responses will be fairly considered. The equipment will be installed on a countertop, but a cart or wagon for the equipment is preferred but not required. Some key features of the required system include: • A stand-alone, automated/semiautomated sample preparation system capable of reagent addition, incubation, washing, and fixative addition for Lymphocyte Subset sample preparation • A system that can accurately pipette samples, reagents, and 10-color antibodies and/or 10-color cocktails • A fully automated cell prep system that performs sample staining • A cart or wagon for the equipment to sit on (preferred but not required)
