Solicitation: 202601003 RFP Document - Low Tide Aerial Photography

The Department of Environmental Protection is seeking a contractor to provide low-tide aerial photography services for the state of Maine. The contractor will be responsible for acquiring aerial imagery, orthorectifying the imagery, and providing deliverables to the state. The contract will be for an initial period of performance from May 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. The contractor must have experience in providing similar services and must be able to meet the requirements outlined in the RFP. • The contractor must provide a proposal that includes a description of their qualifications and experience, a proposed scope of work, and a cost proposal. • The contractor must have a proven track record of providing high-quality aerial photography services. • The contractor must be able to meet the deadlines and requirements outlined in the RFP. • The contractor must be able to provide all necessary equipment and personnel to complete the project. • The contractor must have a strong understanding of the requirements and regulations related to aerial photography in the state of Maine.
