FPC Yankton - Fargo Shingles

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Yankton, is seeking a contractor to provide commercial roofing supplies to replace the roof of the Fargo Building. The project requires the delivery of high-durability polymer shake roofing materials and matching hip/ridge components. The materials must meet strict durability, fire, and impact resistance standards. The installation will be performed by the Government. The contractor shall supply and deliver the materials to the FPC Yankton warehouse. • The materials must meet specific technical and physical characteristics, including material composition, field shake dimensions, color/finish, workability, installation compatibility, hip and ridge components, fire class rating, and impact resistance. • The contractor shall deliver the following quantities: field shakes to cover approximately 6,600 square feet of roof area, hip/ridge caps to cover 270 linear feet of hips and ridges, and lineal ft of eaves to cover 360 lineal ft of eaves. • The shipping terms are F.O.B. Destination, and the contractor is responsible for safe transport and offloading at the designated warehouse.
