GARDEN FENCING INSTALLATION

The State of Hawaii’s Department of Health, through the Hawaii State Hospital, is seeking a qualified contractor to supply and install approximately 1,700 feet of 6‑foot‑tall, pig‑proof garden fencing on Oahu. The work must be performed without mechanized equipment to protect existing garden vegetation, requiring all clearing and post installation to be done manually. The contract includes provision of all materials (galvanized T‑posts, hog‑proof fence fabric, skirt fabric, boss posts, turn posts, gate hardware) and labor, as well as a ten‑day on‑site construction window and a performance period from October 1 2026 through January 30 2027. A mandatory pre‑bid site walk‑through is scheduled for September 15 2026.
